- I placed an order and want to add to it. What do I do?
Reach out to us as soon as possible via the Contact Us page. We will work with you to update your order appropriately if possible.
- How long until my order ships?
Orders will be shipped out in 1-3 business days wherever possible. Keep in mind upcoming holidays when ordering on a timeline.

- What is your refund policy?
We strive to send out quality orders with every shipment. However, we are human and accidents happen. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via the Contact Us page within 30 days and we will strive to fix it. You may be asked to provide proof of issue via photos. Failure to provide photos when asked will result in denial of a refund. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, though we ask that you reach out if there are issues to see if we can provide replacements as appropriate.
